Wiesław Rozłucki and Federico Colom Artola decided to resign from the position of members of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska. Both supervisors will resign from their positions on the day of this year’s General Meeting of Shareholders approving the financial statements for 2018.
The resignation of Wiesław Rozłucki from Orange Polska results from the fact that after more than 12 years as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board he no longer holds the status of an independent member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. Federico Colom Artola will assume other duties in the Orange Group.
Wiesław Rozłucki has been a member of the Orange Polska Supervisory Board since 2006. For the last 7 years he was the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Federico Colom Artola is a member of the Audit Committee. He has been a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board since 2016.
