ATM has a new member of the Supervisory Board

Tomasz Czechowicz has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of ATM. This decision was made by the investment company AAW III – one of the main shareholders of ATM. AAW III is a part of MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ Fund, which controls 94.49% of ATM shares.

Tomasz Czechowicz has been a Venture Capital/Private Equity investor, founder and managing partner of MCI Capital for over 20 years. In 1990-1998, he was a co-founder and president of JTT Computer – a leading computer manufacturer in Central Europe with revenues of over $100 million.

In March of this year, Daniel Szcześniewski, former ATM Strategy and Marketing Director, became the new President of the Management Board of ATM. He replaced Sławomir Koszołka, who remains with the company as an advisor to the management board.
